CHOYA BROWN SUGAR​ 

INGREDIENTS:
    • CHOYA Brown Sugar – 45ml[BUY NOW]
    • Lime – 1/2 piece

    • Granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon

    • Soda water – Just small amount

    • Peppermint Leaves – About 8 pieces

INGREDIENTS:

    • Vodka – 30ml

    • Lime juice – 15ml

Add CHOYA, vodka, lime juice and ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a glass.

CHOYA RICE CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
    • CHOYA Sarari – 4 teaspoons [BUY NOW]

    • Cut rice cake – 2 pieces

    • Sliced beef – 80g

    • Radish – 4cm

    • Japanese Tang Oh – 1/4 bunch

    • Soy Sauce – 4 teaspoons

    • Water – 400ml

    • Japanese Soup Stock – 1 teaspoon

    • Sliced chili pepper – a pinch

Add water, SARARI CHOYA, soy sauce, and Japanese soup stock to a pot. After boiling, add sliced beef and remove any scum. Cut the rice cake in half and toast it in a toaster. Then, add the toasted rice cake to the pot. Grate the radish, squeeze out excess water, and add it to the pot. Finally, serve it in a bowl, garnished with chopped Japanese Tang Oh and sliced chili pepper.
